How does that help our bodies?
Why do we want to keep a healthy body?
A game to play for exercise:

Math and science
During bath time try to find elements that sink and ones that float. Talk about why?
Over the sink let them play with funnels, measuring cups, and little tongs if you have them. Good for their fine motor. Utilize the fine motor skills like lacing, zipping, and transferring objects.
