Mission Statement
North Shore Preschool and Child Care is dedicated to the educational and emotional development of its children. We believe in care that extends from the child to the family. The parent is each child’s first teacher and with respect to that, we embrace the individuality, culture and traditions of both student and family. This is accomplished through open communication, engaging daily with our families at school, and frequent social events. We achieve successful teacher and child interactions by creating age-appropriate lessons and activities. These daily actions, coupled with compassion, help us build a sense of community. We welcome you to our community.

Dear Families,
North Shore Preschool has been a dream of mine for a long time. Having been in the field of education for 21 years, I feel very passionately about the quality of care children truly receive on a day to day basis. There is a difference between day care and child care. Our school is not open to babysit children, but here to open the minds of children through activities and adventures that will fully engage them. This preschool is an opportunity for families in the North Shore area to have a quality option to day care. We work with YoungStar to ensure our standards are high. We work with the school district to ensure educational continuity.
North Shore Preschool and Child Care is invested in promoting creativity, education, social/emotional development, and community awareness. Children enrolled at this school will learn through play, direct experiences, and vast projects. It is my mission to be dedicated to the educational and emotional development of its children. This will be achieved by holding true to our what we believe. Communication and conversation makes this possible and is always welcome.
